This Privacy Policy explains how the website lifeproof.cc (the “Site”), operated by Element119 (“we,” “us”), handles information. The Site is an informational marketing site for the Lifeproof® Home product. Purchases are placed and fulfilled on the third-party Lifeproof® Home store at lifeproofhome.com, which has its own privacy policy that governs the checkout and order data you provide there.

Who is responsible for your data (controller)

Element119 is the data controller for information collected through this Site. You can contact us using the details on our contact page.

What data the Site collects

• Cookie-consent choice. When you accept or decline cookies, we store that single choice in your browser’s local storage so we can respect it on return visits. This is an essential function and stays on your device.
• Contact submissions. If you choose to email us (for example via the address or link on our contact page), we receive the information you send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Standard server/CDN logs. Our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) may process limited technical data such as IP address and request metadata to deliver and secure the Site. This is handled by Cloudflare as our processor.

The Site does not currently run any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. If we add any non-essential cookies or scripts in the future, they will load only after you give explicit consent.
