The Site is informational
This Site provides information about the Lifeproof® Home product and links to the third-party Lifeproof® Home store to make a purchase. We do not process payments or fulfill orders on this Site. When you click a buy or shop link, you are taken to the Lifeproof® Home store (lifeproofhome.com).
Purchases are governed by the store’s terms
All purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled by the Lifeproof® Home store and are governed by that store’s terms, policies, and pricing — not by these Terms. Please review the store’s terms before buying.
Trademarks and intellectual property
Lifeproof® is a registered trademark. The Site is operated by Element119 as an authorized operator. All content on this Site (text, layout, and design) is owned by or licensed to Element119 and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
No warranties beyond the product’s own
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Any product warranty or guarantee is provided through the Lifeproof® Home product and the store, as described on our Refund & Guarantee page. We make no additional warranties beyond those.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Element119 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
